50% booking fee
A 50% booking fee is required at the time of booking. The appointment is confirmed once payment is received. The fee is transferable but non-refundable.

48 hours’ notice
When an appointment is rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, the booking fee carries over and secures the new appointment time.
Confirmation text
The published policy states that failure to confirm the complimentary confirmation text may cause the appointment to be treated as not accepted and the booking fee to be lost. Please ask the salon if you are unsure.
Late changes & no-shows
A no-show, cancellation or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice forfeits the booking fee because the time was reserved exclusively for that appointment.
Price adjustments
If an annual price increase takes effect after booking but before the appointment, the updated price applies at the time of service.
Enquiry privacy
What happens to
your form details.
The enquiry form collects your name, email, optional phone number, service interest and message so InVogue can respond. Do not submit sensitive medical information. The form does not require an account or private API key.
Submission handling and notification delivery are provided by the deployed website host. InVogue should retain enquiries only as long as needed to answer and manage the appointment. To ask about, correct or delete an enquiry, contact invoguehairdesigners@yahoo.com.
These terms should receive final owner approval before the production domain is launched.
